Ā 10U-14U Athletes

The focus of our 10U-14U program is to improve flexibility, mobility, and control during key growth years. Here we introduce sequences of exercises that will help players skate more efficiently, stay balanced, and build better movement habits. Video sessions are 15-20 minutes in length and are a bit more physically challenging.

8U and Younger Athletes

Our 8U program focuses on building the foundation. Simple movements that improve balance, coordination, and body awareness - helping young players move better and have more body control on the ice. Our video sessions are 10 minute or less to keep younger athletes engaged, yet challenged

Goaltenders

Goaltending Training System is coming June 15

Age-specefic levels that are designed to support the movements goalies rely on most. Focus is on flexibility, agility, and body awareness - making it easier for goalies to react to in-game situations

16U+ Athletes

The 16U+ Training Program is designed to increase agility, speed, and power on-ice. The combination of exercises focus on increased flexibility and mobility, functional strength, and injury prevention and recovery. These workouts are very dynamic 15 minute sessions, with recovery at the end of each session.

Needs Change Throughout the Season

Hockey demands change throughout the year, and training should too. Hockeyoga is structured around the different phases of the hockey season

Summer Training

Summer training consists ofĀ building mobility, flexibility, balance, strength, and body control to prepare athletes for the physical demands of the upcoming season. It's the ideal time to improve movement quality, increase athleticism, and create a strong foundation to return to the ice

Evals/Pre-Season

It's time to take the ice and perform at a high level. Your body needs to be prepared for tryouts, practices, and the intensity of the upcoming season. Workouts emphasize mobility, recovery, balance, stability, and movement

Winter Season

Winter season training is all about maintaining flexibility, agility, inury prevention, and recovery. Most players have a hectic schedule during winter season, so our training is less physically challenging and therapeutic

Spring Season

Spring is a time for recovery. For most players the hockey schedule eases up a bit, and our training focuses on rebuilding movement quality and restoring the body after a long hockey season. It's time to improve flexibility, address tightness and fatigue, and prepare athletes for off-season development and growth
