Unlock Your Full Potential With Hockeyoga

You can practice shooting, passing, and do skating drills, but if you are not preparing your body off-ice you will never reach your full potential.

Hockeyoga is a yoga-based training system designed specifically for youth hockey players. Our program will assist players in creating balance and agility, while increasing flexibility and range of motion...all which translates to better skating and shooting mechanics, injury prevention, and increased recovery.

Our weekly workouts are created by Coach Morris, certified yoga instructor, fitness trainer, former High School Hockey Coach, and retired average youth hockey player. Our system is age specific, open to all skill levels, with a separate system for goaltenders. 

We Launch April 17...and the first 300 players that join our wait will receive a founding members discount.

Launching April 17, 2026. Training is age specific for 8U, 12U, 18U and goaltenders. Join our email list and you will be notified when sessions are available
